Monaco Coffee was established in 2016 and has gone through a long journey of ups and downs, challenges. We are not only a producer of clean commercial coffee with many domestic and international partners, but also deploy franchising models spread across provinces from rural to urban areas. To date, the franchised coffee shop system of Monaco is present in 25 provinces/cities with nearly 400 stores nationwide.
The primary goal of Monaco Coffee is to become the national clean coffee brand. In addition to on-site ground and brewed coffee products from franchised models nationwide, Monaco continuously strives to create convenient products (coffee Pods) and imports high-quality coffee machines from Italy to serve in offices and homes (Frog coffee machines) with delicious espresso coffee. All to pursue the goal and the meaning of the brand name:
“Monaco - Modern Natural Coffee”.
Monaco consistently selects ripened coffee cherries with a ratio of nearly 100% to ensure a full-flavored cup of coffee for our customers.
Monaco's criteria for selecting coffee beans are as follows:
- Ripe and juicy cherries are picked over several rounds to ensure not only sufficient yield but also a percentage of ripe fruit between 99 - 100%.
- Handpicked harvesting, where all coffee harvested is from naturally ripened cherries.
- Choosing natural fermentation methods such as Honey, Wash, and Natural to preserve the natural taste and high quality of the coffee.
The roasting and grinding system has been modernly invested, utilizing hot air roasting technology to produce high-quality finished coffee beans, creating the unique value of the Monaco Coffee brand.
