HOW TO STORE PHIN COFFEE
Monaco advises you on how to make delicious phin coffee as follows:
• Fill the phin with pure coffee powder. Remember, for a tasty cup of phin coffee, do not overfill, just 1/3 the height of the phin.
• Use the phin press to gently press down the coffee. This will help the water to infuse slowly and blend into each grain of coffee.
GUIDE TO BREWING PHIN COFFEE
Step 1: Rinse the Phin with hot water.
Step 2: Add 20 to 25g of ground coffee to the Phin (depending on how strong you like it), and press the latch lid with moderate force.
Step 3: Place the Phin on the cup and pour 20ml of boiling water below the lid and 20ml on the coffee surface to steep.
Step 4: After 2 – 3 minutes, when the coffee has absorbed the water and expanded evenly, add another 50 – 60ml of boiling water, cover it, and wait for the coffee extraction into the cup.
Step 6: You will obtain about 30 – 40ml of coffee. You can add condensed milk or sugar, ice, stir well, and enjoy.
