HOW TO STORE FILTER COFFEE

Monaco suggests the following method for achieving delicious filter coffee:

Pour the pure coffee powder into the filter. Take care to only fill it to 1/3 the height of the filter for an ideal cup.
Press the coffee lightly using the filter press. This action enables the water to penetrate slowly and blend into each tiny coffee particle.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING FILTER COFFEE

Step 1: Rinse the coffee filter (phin) with hot water.
Step 2: Add 20 to 25g of pre-ground coffee to the filter (depending on how strong or weak you want your coffee) and press the filter's lid with moderate force.
Step 3: Place the filter over a cup and pour 20ml of boiling water under the lid and then 20 ml across the surface of the coffee to steep.
Step 4: After 2 – 3 minutes, when the coffee grounds have fully absorbed the water and swelled uniformly, proceed to pour 50 – 60ml of boiling water, cover, and wait for the coffee to drip into the cup.
Step 6: You will obtain about 30 – 40ml of coffee. You can add condensed milk or sugar, ice, stir well, and enjoy.
